ONLINE RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

 

If  products are returned, as sold, we are happy to refund within 14 days.  All refunds will be issued in accordance with the original method of payment

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

If you wish to return your website purchase you may do so to the address listed below. Please include your original order form as proof of purchase. Goods that are for refund or exchange can be returned to the website; the postage cost is paid by the customer- exceptions are made for faulty items.

Payment/Cancellation Information

Your credit/debit card or PayPal account is tendered on placement of your order. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us by phone on 02078594443 or by email to info@canflymarketing.com and quote your name and order number within 24 hours of order placement.

 

Delivery Details

UK and Wider Europe: When ordering from UK  your order will be sent via TNT couriers and will require a signature on delivery. TNT will attempt delivery first and if no-one is home or the house/office/building cannot be located the courier will then call you on the contact number provided by you on your order. It is useful to give a mobile number when placing your order. TNT will deliver Monday - Friday in business hours so a delivery address where someone is present during these hours is recommended, this may be a work/business address.

 

USA, Canada, Australia and Rest of World: When ordering from USA, Canada, Australia and Rest of World your order will be sent via UPS, the parcel/box is then passed on to the national postal service in the country of destination. A signature is usually required on delivery. If no-one is home to sign for the delivery there should be a note/card left at your home/office/building to state that an attempted delivery has been made, giving you the details required to organise collection at a local depot or re-delivery.

Cooling Off Period

When you make a purchase from Canflymarketing.com you have a cooling off period of 14 days, starting from the day you receive your purchase. Before the end of the 14 days you can cancel your order and return the goods for a refund.
